Day#19 You & Your Life!

Today's godly characteristic is a challenge, or rather a self-evaluation assignment! I want you to think of a godly characteristic that has either already been stated in this devotion or one that has not been that you know you need some area of improvement in. We should always do self-assessments to identify various areas that we know we need to be godlier in our lives. We want to form godly habits, and get rid of the other habits that take us away from God.
My godly characteristic that I need to improve on is _______________________________.
After identifying this characteristic, then I want you to find three (3) scriptures to memorize and study that will aid in you improving in this particular area. After that, write yourself a letter identifying where that ungodly habit came from, and how you plan to heal over it and move forward to being the best person that God has created you to be.
I would love to hear your feedback on this assignment… email me at

Day#18 Total Commitment and Obedience

Today's godly characteristic will cause you to take a self-examination of where you are in your total commitment to God. Do you daily seek to recommit to God and give yourself away? When you totally commit to God then you will be able to operate in complete obedience. God has already committed to you, so why have you not totally committed to him?
We are not given the ability to know everything or even why God does what He does, but we do possess the ability to act in Obedience.
It is time for real Obedience, not half-hearted, partial, or delayed obedience. This is still Disobedience!  Shout, "No More Excuses!"  Quit saying, "I don't have enough money to do it, I don't have anybody to go with me, I don't have the education, I don't have the boldness, I don't have the right figure/shape, I don't have the eloquent speech, and I don't ___________________" (fill in the blank with your biggest excuse).  You have because God has already given it to you; you just need to tap into it and be obedient.  Let go of the Excuses in your life.
"Failure is Not Final, Unless You Quit!"
At this point in life, God desires and expects your obedience no matter what it may cost you. He wants a Yes!  Even Jesus had to say to the Father, "Not my will, but Thy will be done." You will not know what God wants or requires until you spend adequate time with God and seek out His will.  It is only when you surrender your will that you can pick up and discern the will of God.
Not doing something is still disobedience, even more so than doing the wrong thing.

Day #17 Forgiveness, Graciousness, & Mercifulness brings about Agreement & Understanding!

Not only is today's godly characteristic a series of multiple words, but rather it is a statement. True forgiveness combined with graciousness and mercifulness will bring about agreement and understanding. Many times, we try to find agreement and understating in our relationship with ourselves, God, and others without first seeking to give and have forgiveness, graciousness and mercifulness.
Forgiveness is the substratum of the Christian faith. Without forgiveness, we cannot and will not be saved. Jesus' sacrificing act on the cross not only being crucified and dying, but also resurrecting has caused us to receive the gift of forgiveness and reconciliation. Forgiveness brings about reconciliation, which puts us into agreement and understanding with God, which is essentially alignment with him in intimacy and his will.
2 Corinthians 5
18 Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation, 19 that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation.
Forgiveness is the first step of reconciliation in your life, your marriage, your church, your past, and in your family. If you can't Forgive (one word) then God can't FOR GIVE (two words) you the things that you have been praying for Him to do.  By this I mean, if you can't forgive (one word), which means to excuse a fault or an offense, pardon, stop blaming, or rationalize a mistake that someone has done to you, then you can't expect or require God to do something that you are not willing to do yourself.  When you don't forgive (one word), God can't FOR GIVE (two words).  The word For means to be in favor of, to honor, to support, and to acknowledge.  The word Give means to make, present or to place in the hands of.  Therefore, God will not be able to be in favor of you or be able to honor you completely and present things to you that you have been praying for and place them in your hands if you can't forgive others.
I am not condoning what someone has done to you or against you, but I am saying that if you harbor unforgiveness in your heart, then you can't receive the Blessings of God.  You can't help or change your past, but you can choose not to be bitter or have unforgiveness in your heart.
Don't leave a situation bitter, but leave Better!
This is a decisive moment: you have harbored some unforgiveness towards God about why the assault happened to you.  You also have unforgiveness of unanswered prayers.  Today, go to God, tell Him the pain and receive the grace of His forgiveness. Your bitterness, resentment, and unforgiveness are hindering your worship and your happiness.
You are a New Creature in Christ, so stop carrying around old things in your life.  The past is the past and it doesn't determine your future!  So today, give the gift of forgiveness to someone that God has placed on your heart.  This will forever change your life and your walk with God.  Be Blessed, Forgiven, and Highly Favored of the Lord!
Forgiving Self: The first step to beginning again and realizing you are not what happened to you is to forgive yourself.  There, I said it. You are not where you need to be because you can't forgive yourself and quit carrying around the guilt of what happened.  You have not been able to begin again because you can't stop thinking, "If only I had done this and not that in my life." It is done and it is over with, and you can't go back. Today, you have to make the choice to come to your senses and say, "It has to be better than this- enough is enough."  Get out of the pigpen, dust yourself off, and come home. The Lord is waiting on you with open arms to receive you back as His daughter, and nothing less. The reason you can't find freedom is because you are still blaming yourself for things that happened in your past.  I know you were molested, raped, abused, mistreated, talked about, lied on, rejected, or maybe you simply never experienced true love in your life.  Stop carrying around the guilt and shame, and stop blaming yourself. God has already forgiven you, so you can move on.
Forgiving Others: You have to forgive those who have hurt you and accept the things that have already happened in your life.  You can't go back and you can't undo what has been done, but you can go forward and not repeat the same mistakes.  You can choose today not to repeat the same mistakes again and not allow others to do what has already been done to you before.  How you treat others is what matters.  Once you give love, you will get it.  Allow love to cover your words, actions, and deeds.
Forgiveness is not a choice, but a requirement of God!
Many would ask today because of the various things that they have done, "will God really forgive me or does God actually forgive me completely?" The answer is Yes!
1 John 1:9
If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
I have good news! If you have in fact made a heartfelt decision to turn your life around and be reconciled to God, He will be merciful to forgive you and bless you in spite of whatever you have done.  We are saved by grace and we are forgiven daily by God's grace.
Remember, we were not even fit to live, but God still sent Jesus to die for our sins, so that we would have life and have it more abundantly. "God shows and clearly proves His [own] love for us by the fact that while we were still sinners, Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One) died for us" (Romans 5:8-AMP). Jesus died for us to have forgiveness, so that we would not have to live with or carry the guilt and shame of our sins.  Jesus died so that you could live again, dream again, hope again, and be all that He has called you to be!

Day#16 Brokenness

This characteristic may surprise many as being a godly one. This by far one of the most essential characteristics as wells a paramount process needed in the lives of all. Until you are broken of your will, you will never pursue or understand the will of God. Brokenness is not meant to harm you, but to help you. Brokenness purifies us.
Even before Christ was crucified for our sins, he illustrated the Blessedness of Brokenness at the Last Supper.  You were blessed before you were broken. You are broken in order to know how to walk in the blessedness of God. Through brokenness, your before is about to meet your after. God is remodeling your life.
Matthew 26:26
[Jesus Institutes the Lord's Supper ] And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, blessed and broke it, and gave it to the disciples and said, "Take, eat; this is My body."
You are Broken to be REBUILT…brokenness escorts you into intimacy with God. God will destroy things, relationships and whatever else in order to save you. Sometimes it is the stuff that is sidetracking us.
The brokenness is for your development, not your destruction!
Brokenness/Wounds: Unfortunately, heartbreak is a part of life for everyone.  It can come in the form of a broken relationship, a failed promise, or an unrealistic expectation of someone or something.  Nevertheless, if you do not deal with your brokenness and let God heal it, it can lead to a fatal distraction.  Brokenness can cause you to give up. It makes you feel like what you see right now is all that there will ever be. You are in a fragile and vulnerable state of attack from the enemy.  A broken heart is very similar to a broken mirror.  The mirror still gives a reflection, but it is a distorted one, and the image is not clear.
When you begin to live or view your life through brokenness, you have a distorted image of yourself, God, and your future.  Just like with a broken mirror, you have to be careful when you handle it or you may be seriously injured.  The only person that can handle your brokenness, and mend you back together as if it never happened, is God.  He is not worried about being injured or affected by your brokenness because His word, glory, and love are the antidote for it!
"The Potter Wants to Put You Back Together Again!"
"The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves such as have a contrite spirit" (Psalm 34:18).
"He heals the brokenhearted, and binds up their wounds" (Psalm 147:3).
"Then I went down to the potter's house, and there he was, making something at the wheel. 4And the vessel that he made of clay was marred in the hand of the potter; so he made it again into another vessel, as it seemed good to the potter to make" (Jeremiah 18:3-4).
I want you to know that because you are concerned and frustrated over your brokenness, God, too, has it at the forefront of His mind.  He has you in His hand and He is molding and shaping you into everything that you are destined to be.

Day#15 Works, Actions, & Balance… You Must Be Diligent In All of Them!

There is a need for both your faith and your works (actions) in order to see some things come to fruition.  There is God's part and then there is yours.  Do not just have strong faith, but also have practical faith.  Do not just speak faith, but also live Faith and do its work.  Faith is Belief that has movement. Do not let anything stop you, but continue to Press!
"I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord… 18The Lord has chastened me severely, But He has not given me over to death" (Psalm 118:17-18).
Make a Declaration over yourself today even in the midst of the illness, the affliction, and the sickness that you will not only live, but also declare (accomplish) the works of the Lord.
Your faith and your works are required to have your dreams go from hope to being tangible in your life.  Your dreams are bigger than you are and they are going to impact and make a difference in the lives of many.
"For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead" (James 2:26). You cannot have what you are not willing to work for.  Yeah, I said it!  You cannot have it, if you will not work for it and wait on it.
"If you want it, then you will work for it and wait on it."
The Dream is the Idea, and the Vision is the Plan of Action!  Your dreams only manifest when you work on them.  Movement is what you are missing to get your dreams into vision (manifestation).  Your dreams should not make you feel like you are just waiting, or wandering aimlessly, or wondering hopelessly in bewilderment, but rather you have to choose to be an active participant.
Stop only dreaming because God can't produce the dream until you sow the vision. Prayer is essential in learning how to trust God. Stop dreaming and start walking in the vision
Unspoken dreams with no corresponding action are just fantasies until you do something with them.  Stop dreaming and begin walking in the totality of your vision.
"I will give my all to what I do, but I cannot do it all!"
Reasonable expectations of you and others are the key to balance.  However, the thing that has to be set in place before balance is Proper Prioritizing.  Setting things in Proper Order brings about balance. *Use a Pie chart: Make a big circle on a piece of paper and make pie sections of your life and base them on the percentage of time, energy, and commitment that they require.
*Hint: God should get the first piece of the pie, then you, your spouse, kids, family, ministry, career/education, etc… If you can see where you are and how much of you is required, then you will know what you can give.  Allow God to order the day in order to have balance and success.
Remember you are only able to be 100%. Therefore, if your pie chart has total of a 150%, then you have already overdone it.  In actuality, there will never be true equality in all areas of your life because there is not supposed to be.  What?  Yes, I said that not everything in your life will be equal with one another.  For example, your work should never be equal to your kids and your spouse.  Why?  A job is simply that--it has terms and conditions and you can be fired from it.  It is based on work and performance.
You are a wife and mom, regardless, and you can't be fired from it.  It is not a job.  The exceeding joy that you have with your family can never be compared to some job. Balance in this section refers to bringing harmony into your life--not over giving, or under giving, or neglecting the true mission in your life.  True balance is not to give everything equal amounts of you, but rather to make them compatible in a working sense of being a part of your everyday life.
You can't do it all, but you should give your best to what you can do.  It is not the Quantity of what you do, but rather the Quality!  "Plan for Tomorrow, but Focus on Today!"  I know we all like to stay ahead, but don't get so far ahead of God that you are no longer following Him, but leading Him.  Ask God to help you prioritize your life, so that you will have harmony and balance.  It takes more than just you to get it all done.  You are not a Superwoman, just a woman who is super in knowing how to ask for help.
"Prioritize! Don't Overload Yourself."
Too Busy, but Not Productive:
Always Being Pregnant, but Never Producing and Delivering
"As a woman with child is in pain and cries out in her pangs, When she draws near the time of her delivery, So have we been in Your sight, O Lord…  We have been with child, we have been in pain; We have, as it were, brought forth wind" (Isaiah 26:17-18).
When did we get so busy?  We are so out of order and unbalanced regarding what is most important.  How did what we buy and what we own supersede the integrity of who we are, and the value of our families and relationships?  The word "busy" is so overused and overdone today, it is ridiculous!  Saying, "I am busy" has become a way of life, and it is the response we give to everything.
I am convinced that being busy does not always mean we are productive.  What results are coming out of your busyness?  What have you really accomplished?  Busy does not mean better!  One can be busy and never even accomplish anything.  It is one thing to be busy and another to be focused and productive on the right thing.  Doing more does not make you more! We are hiding behind our busyness!
Being so busy in this analogy is like being pregnant, but never bringing forth a baby.  In the scripture, Prophet Isaiah is relating that we are pregnant, but at the time of birth (productivity), we only bring forth some wind.  Could you imagine being pregnant and at the end of a grueling pregnancy not bring forth life (a baby), but simply wind? Absolutely not! You would say, "For all that I have gone through, it was not worth it to bring forth only wind."
So it is in life.  It is not enough to be busy, but never accomplish anything. You are always tired, your family feels you are absent, and you can't remember the last time you just had some "me" time.  What will all the busy be worth at the end of life?  My dear sister, when the game is over, all the pieces go back into the box.  Do not get me wrong; there are seasons of busyness in life, but when busyness becomes a way of life, then it is a big problem headed for even bigger trouble.
Only be what God has called you to be. Anything that you do outside of that will only give you a headache, because you will have taken your life into your own hands trying to figure it out in your finite mind.  That is a migraine!  God does not give us more than what we are supposed to do, so stop doing things that He has not told you to do, nor given you the grace and strength to do.  Only do what matters, then you will not be so busy.  The enemy is scared of you reproducing, so if he cannot make you bad, then he tries to sidetrack you with busyness!  Doing the simple will release the supernatural in your life!  It is not doing more, but rather it is doing the simple things, that will alter your life, which will make the greatest difference.
"Busy doesn't make you better!"
Filling our lives with busyness seems to give us a false sense of fulfillment.  Busyness and unneeded things are only fillers.  Fillers do not sustain you, they are not a part of the overall goal, and fillers will only let you down when you need them the most.  It is amazing that we have filled our lives with more things, stuff, activities, but we have less time and energy for the needed things in life. We have settled for fillers and not true fulfillment in life.
I am convinced that if we are to have true fulfillment, then we will actually "Do Less and Become More!"  We will have more time for those unfinished projects that we have desired to finish for so long.  When we "Do Less and Become More," then we will have more of what we want, and more time with our family.
Life never does slow down!  There will always be something to do and something filling up the schedule, but that does not necessarily fill you up.  It is just like when we eat; often we fill our plates with stuff we do not need and that is not good for us.  So it is in every area of our lives. Just because it fits on the plate doesn't mean it is supposed to be there!  Stop trying to just fit everything and everybody in, and really order your life and day according to fulfillment and not just fillers. Your life should not be a series of snacks, but a fulfilled feast!
Do not miss Significance; arrange your life around your mission, call, and destiny.  If you arrange your life around fulfilling what God intended for you to do and be, then you will not be stuck with fillers that leave you empty, disappointed, and feeling less than who you desire to be.  When we miss significance, then we miss being the best we can be.  We miss living the life we have always envisioned.  The best part of you and your life is hiding, or rather buried, under all that stuff in your day planner and calendar.  Come out from under the busyness and the fillers to walk into the fulfilled life.

Day #14 WORSHIP!

The Power of Your Worship
Worship is…Being Honest with God… "The Naked Truth!"
Worship is not for one moment, but every moment. It is a Lifestyle!  Worship is not what you do, but it is who you are at all times.  In the midst of your storm, while you are hurting, and even when you do not understand what you are going through, worship should be constant (continual), not a "contract" only used when needed.  We were created to worship.  This is why we were created (made) and this is our function, not our hobby.  You were born to worship; it is life and it is required of us.
Worship will cause you to put even your greatest pain into perspective!  If you worship consistently, then you will have a clear understanding of Who God is. In return, you will have clarity about what it is that you are called to do.  You can't get what you need out of life without worship. It is an atlas that provides direction to every area of your life.  It is the fuel to start, the substance to go and be maintained, and the sustaining longevity that strengthens you to accomplish what the Lord has predestined you to do.
Worship is not what you receive, but it is what you give back to God. Worship causes and moves the heart of God to communicate with you.  Worship is your dialogue with God every day.  It is your reverence to the Lord, it is your demeanor before him, and it becomes who you are.
Your Worship will help you maintain the Faith level you need to see the manifestation of your promise.  The first time Worship is referenced in the Bible, it had nothing to do with the lifting of hands, a temple, a tabernacle, or a church.  Worship in its purest form is about obedience, extreme obedience.  Worship is a lifestyle; many of you go through the mechanics of worship when you are in church, because you do exactly what the worship leader tells you to do, but what do you do at home?  Worship is so much more than lip service to the Lord.  Worship is an internal obedience that causes outward expressions.
Worship reveals God to you. Be disciplined: read the Word of God, pray, and fast.  Worship is not about or for you, but about and for God.  In order to know God, then you have to study His Word, you have to communicate with Him through prayer, and you have to spend time with Him.  You have to make time for God a daily priority.  Often the disconnect of life stems from being unplugged from the source, Who is God.  This can also happen when there is a lack of worship, lack of a consistent prayer life, and lack of time in the Word.
Worship can only be for God.  There is simply no one else worthy of worship but God. We have all been in a season of longing to be loved.  All of us have given of ourselves in various ways to people in order to be loved, with the hope and expectation that once we gave them what they needed, they would simply love us back.
Today, choose to make worship who you are and not just something you do when you feel like it. True Worshippers are the Keepers of the Flame.  Nothing should be able to make your flame burn out.  Too many times, we ignite a flame within ourselves, but the spark is not enough to sustain us through the situations of life.  However, when love and life are in total co-operation, then you will be a Keeper of the Flame and it will not burn out!
Worship is a hindrance to the enemy's ears and his attacks.  When you worship, you give the enemy a migraine.  You send him into a chaotic and painful headache because he can't comprehend why you have not given up and thrown in the towel with all that he has thrown at you, but instead you are still worshipping.

Time to Demonstrate Wisdom
"Wisdom is God's Voice in Action"
The day must begin with asking God for His wisdom and instructions to live out the day.  Ask God to give you His strategy to help and aid you in accomplishing His will first, and then it will overflow into the things that you need to do and get done.  We have to focus our lives on importance and purpose, which only comes from sitting in God's presence and listening to Him.  We often forget to sit silently in the presence of God to receive His instructions and His words of wisdom.
What Will Wisdom Do for You?
"Get wisdom! Get understanding! Do not forget, nor turn away from the words of my mouth.      6Do not forsake her, and she will preserve you, Love her, and she will keep you. 7Wisdom is the principal thing; Therefore get wisdom. And in all your getting, get understanding .8Exalt her, and she will promote you; She will bring you honor, when you embrace her" (Proverbs 4:5-8).
She will Give You Understanding.
She will Preserve You.
She will Keep You.
She will Promote You.
She will Bring You Honor.
Take 60 seconds and think of anything in the world that will give you Understanding, Preserve you, Keep you, Promote you, and Bring you Honor… Okay! Give up? There is nothing else. So, what is the missing piece of the puzzle that you are searching for in life?  It Is WISDOM!
It is Time to Demonstrate Wisdom.  You have growth and knowledge, but you need fruit and wisdom.  When we demonstrate something, we manifest it, exhibit it, and we show evidence of its effect in our lives.
Wisdom brings forth evidence in our lives when we learn not to make the same mistakes repeatedly.  Wisdom allows us to know that change can come forth.  The change most of us desire is not in a thing or a person, but in the divine essence of God's infinite wisdom.  When we don't know, God does and we need His wisdom to guide us and order our steps.
"When you walk, your steps will not be hindered, And when you run, you will not stumble.13Take firm hold of instruction, do not let go; Keep her, for she is your life" (Proverbs 4:12-13).
Wisdom is a Life sentence of Favor, so hold on to her and don't let go.  Without her, your journey to destiny will be blurry, desolate, and hindered.  Wisdom is our roadmap or exit sign to know where to get on and off in various areas of our lives.  Wisdom keeps us from trouble, and most of all, it keeps our emotions in check.  Often, we make crucial decisions in desperate times and in the feeling or heat of the moment.  Wisdom is not diluted or deterred by any outside source.  Wisdom stands alone and is sufficient to withstand anything.  Wisdom sees beyond where we are, in order to guide us to where we should be.
The Wealth of Wisdom:
"Receive my instruction, and not silver, And knowledge rather than choice gold; 11For wisdom is better than rubies, And all the things one may desire cannot be compared with her" (Proverbs 8:10-11).
Imagine, if you will, a platinum and diamond encrusted Tiffany and Co. bracelet. Now, think about the gold on an Oscar Award.  Both are very beautiful elements in and of themselves, but guess what?  They cannot compare to the Wealth and Value of Wisdom.  Now imagine for a moment everything in life that you have ever wanted and desired.  Guess what?  Wisdom exceeds that, too! Wisdom's value and wealth is immeasurable; nothing else compares.  Wisdom is the stock market that will never crash and wisdom is Recession Proof!  There is no substitute for Wisdom; you either have it or you don't.
The Beginning of Wisdom:
Without Wisdom, there could not have been a beginning, a foundation, an earth, or any order.  Think of it like this: without Wisdom, the stars would be at the bottom of the sea, and the sea would be in the sky.  I know that illustration does not make sense, but Wisdom stood beside God in the beginning, so that all things would make sense and be in order.
How crazy would it be to put starlight under water, and have water above our heads?  Wisdom brings order and clarity to every situation.  What you are missing right now in your life and in the situation that seems so confusing is the wisdom of God that will set it in order!  God sees your end. You see the beginning, and you are currently going through the middle, but wisdom gives the expectation of the end.
Wisdom: The Beginning of All Order…Why You need Wisdom!
"For whoever finds me finds life, And obtains favor from the Lord" (Proverbs 8:35).
In every area of your life about which you would say, "It looks like there is Nothing," I declare to you that Wisdom has come to bring forth to fruition what you can't see right now. Wisdom is continually referred to in the passage as being "brought forth." "Wisdom is the birth canal to all Great Things!"
Ask For Wisdom & Everything Else Will Follow
"God said to him, Because you have asked this and have not asked for long life or for riches, nor for the lives of your enemies, but have asked for yourself understanding to recognize what is just and right, 12Behold, I have done as you asked. I have given you a wise, discerning mind, so that no one before you was your equal, nor shall any arise after you equal to you. 13I have also given you what you have not asked, both riches and honor, so that there shall not be any among the kings equal to you all your days" (1 Kings 3:11-13).
Learn how to ask for the right things.  Today, if God told you that you could ask for anything and He would grant it to you, what would you ask for?  Solomon understood a great thing about this question. He knew that God was not asking him what he wanted personally, but rather, what he needed in order to be an effective king.  Solomon understood the "for me" aspect about what God asked him.  God was essentially asking Solomon, what is it that I (God) have as the King of kings, that you need to be my king?  Solomon knew the question was not about him or his wants, but rather about what God required and needed from him as the leader of His people.
Solomon said that he wanted to be a man that had a heart like his father David, who was righteous before the Lord. We also have to ask for what is in the Father's heart, which is God's will for our lives.  Riches, houses, land, and all the other vanities of life are not in the Father's heart.  Yes, God gives those things to us from His hand, but it is only when we have searched out His heart, His essence, and His love, that we get the blessings that come along with it.
God is pleased when we want what He wants.  When we delight ourselves in God, He therefore delights Himself in us.  If we delight in the Lord, then He gives us those things that we desire.  If your heart and desire is God, then what He gives you is what He wants you to have. Therefore, your desires are God's desires when you truly take delight in Him.  If you are obedient to the will of God, then you will not want or lack for the things of God.
What You Don't Know Can Hurt You
A lack of knowledge causes us to be uninformed or ill-equipped in a situation. It is not enough for you to have just a little wisdom, because God desires for us to walk in wisdom liberally. Knowledge can be acquired in life through education, or even through reading, but God gives wisdom.  Wisdom must be sought and it gives insight to more than you can imagine. Knowledge tells you about what was and prepares you for what could happen, but wisdom is the definitive answer for all situations.
Knowledge helps us, but wisdom leads and guides us.  Knowing is the path to destiny, but wisdom is the key to unlock the door!  You can't even know God through mere knowledge, but rather, He has to be known through wisdom.  Wisdom is Divine.  Wisdom is outside the scope of our finite minds.  Therefore, when you do not know and things seem out of order, then it is time to invite Wisdom in, not just as a guest, but as a permanent resident.  God gives us Wisdom to know Him better.
To know what God is thinking, you have to read His Word.  It is an investment when you read God's Word.  If you are to have Wisdom, then you have to read God's Word. That's where He has placed His Wisdom.  The Bible is God's Wisdom and love letter to us. It reveals His love, His promises, and even reveals our purpose.  "And you have not His word (His thought) living in your hearts, because you do not believe and adhere to and trust in and rely on Him Whom He has sent. [That is why you do not keep His message living in you, because you do not believe in the Messenger Whom He has sent" (John 5:38-AMP).  Right now, the divine insight of God can transform your life, and all you have to do is seek after it. Ask God for His wisdom and He will give it to you.  Wisdom gives you life strategy.  Be a Total Wise Woman/Man!
Becoming mature in wisdom does not happen because of your age, but because you decide to walk in wisdom every day.  To have wisdom and not use it is foolish.  Wisdom develops you into who you should be.
